Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.

I've got the same thing but the accent is so strong that all I hear is that his name is Jack Daniels and I am in big trouble. My cell is on the do not call list so not sure where he got it but when it rings I ignore the call.
Thank you for posting this information, they have called my work and personal cell phone numbers for the last two weeks. Last night they called 13 times in a row and finally I changed my number today. I hope they catch them.

BEWARE and they are using the names of Michael Wilson and Jonathan Knight and also giving 786-275-5079 as number when you ask them for thiers LAW lic they hang up
They are constantly calling my cell phone saying a legal charge has been issued against my SS# and they know the last four digits of my social. They call 2 to 5 times a day and leave the same message saying unless they hear from me or my attorney they will proceed with the legal proceedings. Please stop these people. I have never returned their call, but somehow they have my personal info.
