Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I recently had the same thing just happen to me this so called company even went so far as to calling my sister saying it is important to call back an if I didn't well then good luck an good day, very rude an heavy Indian accent, this company has even called my work trying to say that they would issue a warrant for my aresset on something that I never did!
Out of curiousity did this company finally stop calling you?
received a phone call from this number on 09/06/11 stating they were a law firm and i I owed a debt. I have not taken out any loans so I know this is a scam. They continued to call after being told I was reporting them to the FBI. Haven't received a call anymore.
