Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
same thing happened to me I am so happy that I came to investigate the number. What made me suspicous was because after I spk to them and agreed to give them my information on a future date. I could not call them back that day. So I started doing my own research and I am relieved that I did not give them any info, I just won't answer their calls.
I just received the exact same thing. many men with thick indian accents saying they were from Anderson Law Firm in Miami FL and there was a case against me in Florida for non payment of a cash loan with Cash Advance America, but I never received any such cash loan!

ha ha h.. i showed them just well.. i printed out all the scam reports and blogs from multi sites and i put my fax machine on repeated print and faxed them 150 copies of them all.. ha h ah.. [***] them
Years and years ago I did take a pay day loan for 300 dollars. I have had the same problem with these indian men calling me and harrasing me...they really scared me and I paid them 320 dollars. They threatened to arrest me...oh my gosh. Horrible. Now, I don't know how to get my money back???
