Just got a call from these idiots. They claim I owe for an unpaid payday advance, but could not provide me with the name of the company that issued it, nor could they tell me the date when the transaction took place, so I could review my bank statements. When I ask her, she refused to listen and threatened me with wage garnishment. She claimed to have my IP address, my social security number, etc. She also does not know the limits on payday loans in California. All payday transactions are settled through arbitration, not the courts. How can these people live with themselves?
Same thing ya'll got but gave me the number 904-515-5965 to call back. Different area code to begin with and the company name is alledgedly Premier Processing which shows up on 1800Notes as being a scam. I really wish these people would get a real job and leave the rest of us alone. Number also showed up as a scam on my phone.
I got the same message as the rest of the others. I have gotten many similar voicemails in the past which all turn out to be scams. I'm blocking the number!
