Just got a call from these idiots. They claim I owe for an unpaid payday advance, but could not provide me with the name of the company that issued it, nor could they tell me the date when the transaction took place, so I could review my bank statements. When I ask her, she refused to listen and threatened me with wage garnishment. She claimed to have my IP address, my social security number, etc. She also does not know the limits on payday loans in California. All payday transactions are settled through arbitration, not the courts. How can these people live with themselves?
They seem to get really active during tax season, waiting for people to get their returns. I've been getting calls from several different scammers and it's driving me crazy. 904.862.2944....Same message as everyone else. You can answer and tell them to never call you. Tell them that they can mail the information to the home address they have on file. Ask them for all the information of the supposed company they are working for and that usually scares them away. Or just block like most of us do.
Got this call from 904 862 2944 person said they are from premier financial services, I am reading post here of people said processing services sounds like same place claiming I took out a loan in 2012 claim to be from mycashnow.com this was notified that mycashnow.com is phony and they target online and internet users to make claims on loans that people never apply for. They had all my information from phone numbers,home addresses,SS numbers,and income source, everything on me I asked how did you get this they said it's there on computer, said we need to force you to pay up you owe $1,804.00 but give you a settlement for $690 must pay this up NOW it be sued in court and possibly jail time hahaha I am laughing at.this phony people they have stolen the information I warn you all.you all need.to call your bank and change your bank routing number and account number so they cannot steal or get into your account information or steal your money and credit card companies need.to be notified about it too.do not give in to this calls from that phone number 904 862 2944 if they have different number it's same place anyway.this is a dire WARNING to watch out and block TJ it calls too is best thing and report these people to the US government
