Just got a call from these idiots. They claim I owe for an unpaid payday advance, but could not provide me with the name of the company that issued it, nor could they tell me the date when the transaction took place, so I could review my bank statements. When I ask her, she refused to listen and threatened me with wage garnishment. She claimed to have my IP address, my social security number, etc. She also does not know the limits on payday loans in California. All payday transactions are settled through arbitration, not the courts. How can these people live with themselves?
Got the same call from this number. Didnt leave a number but that they have an "IRS...certifed" letter that was returned undeliverable, "containing my social security number". Scammers. This is not the first time they tried to pull this one on me.
Same here mail, had all my info. But wrong email. Everything I start questioning them they would put me on hold and they would hang up. Lol these people need a better life.
