Just got a call from these idiots. They claim I owe for an unpaid payday advance, but could not provide me with the name of the company that issued it, nor could they tell me the date when the transaction took place, so I could review my bank statements. When I ask her, she refused to listen and threatened me with wage garnishment. She claimed to have my IP address, my social security number, etc. She also does not know the limits on payday loans in California. All payday transactions are settled through arbitration, not the courts. How can these people live with themselves?
Got the same message as everyone else. They had an undeliverable certified mail for me...how would they know it was undeliverable? Only the post office would know and they'd leave a sticky note on your door that they tried to deliver something certified. Scam!!!
Same scam call today, left message. Called back, they got silly so I returned the favor, played phone call tag with them until they blocked my number. Called from a different number, lady transferrerd me, hung up on and that number blocked by them. Good luck suckers, try getting me to pay money I don't owe.
