Just got a call from these idiots. They claim I owe for an unpaid payday advance, but could not provide me with the name of the company that issued it, nor could they tell me the date when the transaction took place, so I could review my bank statements. When I ask her, she refused to listen and threatened me with wage garnishment. She claimed to have my IP address, my social security number, etc. She also does not know the limits on payday loans in California. All payday transactions are settled through arbitration, not the courts. How can these people live with themselves?
Received a voicemail from this number on 3/14/2017 at 6:17PM. It said:
This is Premier Processing Services. Please contact our office immediately in reference to an undeliverable Certified Package that pertains to your Social Security Number at 904-862-2944.
I called back this morning and they had my full name and last 4 of my SS #.
Can someone please tell me What this is to have some peace of mind.
Thank you. I called my phone provider and told them to block the number. They again called me today and left the same message. I'm so very frustrated that there are people that have to pray on others to get money and they cannot get a real job like the rest of us that pay our taxes and play by the rules of life. Shame on them.
Call went to voice mail bcuz I didn't recognize the number. Lady stated to please call back immediately bcuz they had an undeliverable letter for me pertaining to my SS number. The number to call has been disconnected. Really???? Total scam.
