Just got a call from these idiots. They claim I owe for an unpaid payday advance, but could not provide me with the name of the company that issued it, nor could they tell me the date when the transaction took place, so I could review my bank statements. When I ask her, she refused to listen and threatened me with wage garnishment. She claimed to have my IP address, my social security number, etc. She also does not know the limits on payday loans in California. All payday transactions are settled through arbitration, not the courts. How can these people live with themselves?
Ignore and block any calls from this group, or anyone who claims anything concerning SS. No debt collector has anything to do with Social Security. If you were going to be received a letter about social security it would come from Social Security Administration.

Got a message on my voicemail and when I called back the number was disconnected. When I tried to day it was working. The number is 904-862-2944. The individual on the phone stated that she was representing a pay day loan company in which I owed money to. She ran down all my personal information such as full name, home address, and the last 4 digits of my social. He had the wrong email address though. She went on to state that the pay day loan was suing me for a previous unpaid loan and that I would have to appear in court soon. In order to avoid a court appearance, she stated that I could pay $300+ today. WOW!! Really lady???? I never heard of the pay day loan she spoke of or the company she was supposedly representing, which was called "My Cash Consortium". Guess they couldn't think of a better name.
Left a message stating I had an undeliverable package involving my social security number. I called back before I looked up the reviews for this number and they hung up on me because I called from a different number. I called back and gave them the number they called me on and they proceeded to tell me I had a $1800 cash advance that was not repaid and they gave me an address I reported at 15 years ago. I told them their information was not accurate and the woman on the phone then said to me "good luck in court" and then hung up on me.
