Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
I had a message on my phone from a Steve Underwood. The message is mainly garblied except for the phone number at the end. I callws the number and the person that answered asked for my name and to spell my name for him. I asked what the call was about and would not spell my name for him so he disconnected the call.
I too, received the garbled message about enforcement action. He says I needed to call Pete Underwood at the above number. I have blocked the number but still a pain. I guess Steve has a brother.
