She totally was unprepared and obviously under trained to respond. She asked to be transferred - when I said I needed a call back number in order to refer her to anyone in our company, she told me it was her company's policy not to give out their phone number. Red Flag I was looking for. After denying that she hung up. The poor girl was so badly trained I now feel a tiny remorse for being tough on her by putting her on the spot, but that's what I do.

have called three times asking for a person that is not employed here, never was and has the wrong company name. Third time I advised him I of this and he got upset and said "Well I wasn't aware we already called you and I'm just trying to do my job" I politely said " Ok, thank you " and disconnected
